What's your biggest frustration when playing blues guitar?

When its sounds monotonous. I must watch and learn new licks and also learn modes for pentatonic. Its also a good odea to mix mayor and minor scales.

Hahaha, that's a 100 page answer.. Frustration arises after watching how to play licks, and when I play them back it just sounds like a bunch of notes. I have issues getting the combination speed, technique of pulloffs. Just like the three B.B. King licks sound really nice, when I play them, there just seems like nothings there.. Humdrum so to speak.

No matter how hard I try, it never sounds as good as what John Lee Hooker plays without even trying.

That I can only play 5 notes or 6 if you count the “blue note”. If I use to much chromatic or outside playing it becomes jazz. Also the chord changes in blues can be so boring.

Not a frustration but adding different chords (other than major minor) like 7th chords and so on can be difficult to implement in your chord progressions... so out of the box chord implementation between licks is a work in progress.. yeah that's that.
