That’s depressing. I thought it was one of your most insightful videos yet. Back to moving around hundreds of divisions I guess...

That people aren't interested isn't so much of a main reason for less views, but youtube's algorithm. Many big channels are having problems with that.

As an American, I really enjoyed that video and found it to be quite insightful. But maybe most Americans don't want to be reminded of their military imperfections. Keep up the great work Eastory.

Honestly, I would watch anything with your voice and History in it.

I really enjoyed the video, here in the US people never like to talk about these past wars and their failures. So, having everything animated and explained was a very nice experience. You did superb work condensing huge amounts of information and the animations were on point as well. You also excluded the political rhetoric that surrounded - and in some cases drove - these conflicts, instead focusing on the facts. I think the main reason why the video didn't do as well is because recent history is always more controversial and a widely-accepted historical narrative has yet to be developed (especially in the US where these recent wars are both not spoken about openly and are often viewed with an undercurrent of anger and regret). I think that US viewers might avoid videos like these because our nation has scarified a lot on these wars both in money and lost loved ones. These wars did not come close to accomplishing their goals (except for certain economic goals) and it left most Americans with a feeling of bitterness. That being said, I think that it makes videos like these all the more important to make. (This is my own personal opinion!) I think that many Americans need to be exposed to these kinds of videos about the past wars and realize what went wrong. It would be a horrendous disservice to all the people who lost their lives in these conflicts to not learn all we can from these wars. While it is probably not the best idea commercially to make videos about recent history, I believe that it is something that desperately needs to be done - especially since you've excluded the political rhetoric surrounding these conflicts and have instead focused on the facts of these conflicts.

I really liked this video! But if people like WW2 videos more, then I would choose Winter War, North African front, Chinese theatre or something like that. You're an amazing content creator and you make great videos!

I have found this to be one of my favourite history channels on Youtube for covering obscure and interesting topics with strong visuals and narratives. As much as I love maps, I think they are a part of a balanced historical narrative!

I mean I've enjoyed all of your content. Just keep making quality content as you have been, and I'll enjoying the videos.

I would like to see Poland, the Winter War, Denmark-Norway, Yugoslavia-Greece and North Africa. Greetings from Thuringia.

I found the last video really interesting. I’m not too interested in the mapping things, I just like to hear your silky smooth voice explain anything about previous conflicts. But if there was an option for content like your latest video I’d vote for that!

It might be cool to do a ww1 episode about the eastern front since there’s almost no other videos about it out there and its still very interesting and fits your channel

It was a really good video! I like your mapping videos too of course, but these types of videos where you study the plans of states going into conflicts are very interesting and unique on the platform.

I really like watching your videos on smaller operations. (Like your video on WW2 in Estonia 1941) they give me ideas for WW2 TTRPG campaigns.

It's a great video and I hope you make more of them. Would also love to see map-style videos of the Chinese Civil War cause that one is hella confusing

the mapping videos are cool and great eye candy, and they clearly have lots of effort put into them, but i loved the latest video. make whatever you like.

Not saying I didnt enjoy that video, but your mapping videos are your strong suit. I would love if you documented smaller offenses, just like the German advance into Lithuania. That would combine your story telling with your excellent mapping abilities. Whatever you make I'll enjoy though!

I really enjoyed it, but yeah it’s hard to get it to show up on recommendations. Maybe have the eastern front videos link to your newest videos every so often? All of these topics are appealing as well, can’t wait for a pacific theater and East/SE Asian theater video!

I would love to see more detailed maps on the 1941-'42 Kharkov battle. Also, the Crimean campaign, specifically the German Operation Trappenjagd. These are pretty small battles compared to most of your videos but they would be nice to see. I appreciate your effort. Excellent job! P.s maybe the Italian campaign?

Eastory
I've put a lot of effort into my last video on the US Foreign Wars (1950-2019) (check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ds889... ), but it did not get much attention.
So, I was thinking that perhaps I am not covering the topics that people would actually want to see.
Let me know, what topics would you like to be covered on this channel:
