This Old Tony

This just in! T-shirts should now be available to print/ship from Europe. Also, bigger sizes available. My apologies to our metric friends that may have already shelled out shipping/taxes from the U.S. Growing pains and what not.

@JonnyCoolio

Love your work. I am a professional CNC programmer/toolmaker and I love your apparently half ass extremely calculated “hobbyists “ angle. Your no hobbyists you know more than most of my staff. Thanks for teaching the next generation how it should be done!

My wife and my daughter both thought Ray Romano had a YouTube channel until they realised I probably wouldn’t be watching him do machining. The tones and accent is pretty much identical.

@ThisIsAVeryBadIdea

For those trying to convert, just multiply by 2.54 to get your metric size.

@jutde

I am very disappointed that you didn’t offer an Extra Medium size! What are those of us in the exceptionally average category supposed to do?

@jamesdownes1974

I’ve already ordered an XL, but what’s the metric equivalent? 🤪

Your videos are the greatest MASH up science, humor and "things one can do with ones hands that one is legal to view on YouTube."

@allthingsbroken

However well manicured, your nails are irresponsibly short.

I'm a student going into his senior year at high school, ive gotten into this extra class of sorts for machining, weather that be on manual, or CNC. and I can't tell you how much you, AVE, Abom79, and the whole crew have helped me out. thank you, I love watching your videos and the all the puns they bring.... but more importantly, I just LOVE your nails!

Tony, I absolutely love your videos: I learn something every time I play one (even for the 2nd or 3rd time!). I'm working my way through all of them from the start currently - and just got to your Diresta colaboration where you demonstrated and explained parametric modelling in Solidworks. I happen to be learning SW at the moment, and I found your way of explaining to be most helpful, and learned an awful lot from that video, so I was wondering if you would be able to make a series on CAD tutorials - specifically Solidworks, for those who are interested (I'm sure there are more than a few!). Keep it up - I look forward to watching the many videos I am yet to see :)

Sooo.... yeah, I just saw my husband get more excited about the fact that you just posted a new video than he did on our wedding day. Thanks Old Tony... pretty sure my husband would leave me for you.

Hi Tony, Thanks for making some really great video's. Great knowledge, factual passdown and not "halfass guess" or " kind of sort of like this". For the OCD aerospace guy's " we do it this way because this is the reason behind it". For myself it gives me a better understanding of processes, techniques and end results. Navy? I was stationed at Miramar NAS. VF 213, '76-'79. AD2, Keep up the great work!

Tony. I have watched all of your videos over and over while setting up my basement shop and working on projects. Keep up the great work and Dad Jokes!

I've just watched him performing in the current Ray Donovan's season ... his subdued & subtle acting paradoxically highlights each scene he plays in ... a delight!

Oh my goodness; I love your channel. I know (or knew) nothing about machining but I'm curious about a lot of things, so I don't miss a new episode. I've been a subscriber for several months now. On top of the endless dad humor and jokes that I consume with a giant grin, you are an incredibly gifted storyteller; your editing and timing is on point. I also appreciate that your channel is clean. I can watch with my 12 and 10 year old daughters without a worry (except maybe that I'm not as cool). Keep it up!

No one in the history of television or cinematics has ever done a more accurate job of portraying post traumatic stress than Allen Alda.

Your channel is the best one on YouTube. Love you style of humor. As long as you love it, keep doing it and we'll keep watching.
