“Women are going to increasingly dominate the labor market.” I would say the operative word there is 'dominate'. I consider that a nice bit of framing.......or 'staging' as you talked about earlier. The question is.....are you happy because you are supposed to be dominating the labor market? There are lots of articles talking about 'women's' increasing unhappiness. I guess we should also write an article saying that women are also dominating the unhappiness market.

All positions it appear that requires no physical labor, in door jobs. So it's not really equally they want. As usual they want you/me to do crappy, while they get paid for doing nothing.

could have told anyone this.. every job i've had since like 2008 has been 75-85% women.. some jobs, i was literally the only male.. HR is mostly just white females.. dare anyone to look up HR departments online.. they look like sororities.. last job i got i was being interviewed by two females.. i have a masters degree, they both only had bachelors.. the other day a girl at work told me she didn't even get a bachelors.. sometimes i have felt like as a black man i have had to do triple the work for one third the pay of others around me.. literally a girl at my job has porn videos on the internet and an easily searchable criminal record where she embezzled money from a publix she used to work at.. makes me feel like they just let any female in the door while it seems like men have to come in with the blazer, the notebook with resumes, the tie, the hair cut, the credentials, clean record, good online footprint, etc etc etc
