hey vera! i totally understand and respect your choices with this upcoming year, i think a break from map parts will do you more good than bad. i really hope you get the inspiration,motivation, and time to work on projects YOU want to work on! you are such a huge inspirations to so many people, including me:D, and hearing that youre going to be uploading is just awesome!!! i cant wait to see what this year holds for you! and yes that 2020 animation reel would be so cool! :0 anyways, have a good day/night!

I for one, am excited to see more of the comic on deviantart! But whatever you choose to do this year, I wish you the best of luck. I’m considering learning/ trying my hand at animating colored WoF bases of my OC’s. And you’ve been a big inspiration for me in terms of “Wings of Fire dragons don’t have to look exactly like the books say they do.” So thank you! ❤️💯

i mean—i don’t see the problem! this is your channel, it’s your choice what you post and we’re going to support it :D! do what makes you comfortable and what you think feels right. if you think that MAPs are going to stress you out, then do what you think needs to be done! :)

If you already got it edited, tgo and post it! I'm also thinking of doing a 2020 animation vid and posting it in March, who cares when you post it, it's still fun to look back and see your progress and hard work :D I totally get what you mean about MAP parts, while it's delightful to join MAPs and be part of a cool vision for a project, it's also usually stressful and bad for inspiration once you are kinda forced to work on it lol.

Its ok that you post it late and make sure if you need to you take time off for your self ok? I hope you don’t have a hard time with make videos sometimes you just need a break but I still LUV you and your work hope you feel better 😘

Hello everyone! I’ve noticed quite a few comments asking where I am and if I’m dead, and I can say I’m certainly not dead! I was just hibernating c;
Seriously though, I’m sorry about not posting for a bit. I was having some serious issues with my art not coming out the way I wanted to for a few months. In addition, some stuff happened irl that basically killed all my inspiration for a couple of weeks. Don’t worry, I’m feeling better now and started back up working on a few of my projects again! (Mainly my ‘this is WoF’ map part, which will probably be one of my next uploads)
My plans for 2021 are actually going to be slightly different than usual- I’m not going to join ANY MAPs this year. Hopefully. I’m really struggling blending projects with due dates with my own projects, and you could really tell with my uploads for 2020. Whenever I worked on a map part I’d get inspiration to work on another animation, and whenever I worked on something for myself I’d still be stressing about the map part’s due date and be unable to make any meaningful progress anywhere. I got a map part in MAY and didn’t finish it until DECEMBER. That’s how long I’ve gone back and forth without inspiration, feeling like I couldn’t finish anything. ‘This is WoF’ will be my last MAP part, for at while, who knows how long.
I hope that makes sense, I really want to finish off as many PMVs and Animation memes as I can this year and hopefully get a good chunk of comic pages drawn. C:
TL;DR - no more map parts yayyyyyy
Last thing I’m gonna mention here- So I made one of those 2020 art and animation videos and I already edited together a long while ago, but, should I post it? Two months late??
