So the comment I made here about Vegas being dead well... it didn't post? and I REVIVED IT ANYWAY so here's this FINALLY getting rendered since I managed to get Vegas working again (it was literally a dead program it wouldn't load and wouldn't be removed from the task manager unless I restarted my PC, I uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times and even did a system restore to the last time it was working... nothing worked. I was frustrated and was losing hope... until I found a video that was explaining my issues and had the right solution! yay)
