Living in truth is not always a pretty thing. This is the prime reason we should put our hope and faith in Yahuah and Yahuah alone. Man will disappoint you every time. I will pray for the Davis’ and move on, & no longer view them as examples of how to live in Torah. That’s really all we can do. Yah will do the rest.
