A bit of a joke between the team this afternoon about running, motivation to run, accountability and sweet treats .... and a RUNNING CARD came out of all that banter and laughs haha. We're still in stage 4 lockdown here in Melbourne and looks like we'll be in lockdown for a long while more ... an hour of outdoor exercise a day (what we're allowed to do) should be used to its fullest imo so why not make it a little fun and incentivise it for those that need something to work towards :) You can make up your own rules eg.. a run less than 5km doesn't count etc.. have some fun with it and keep your body, mind and spirit moving!
