The Command Zone

We're so excited to announce that everyone who has used our CardKingdom.com/commandzone affiliate link in the month of April has helped us contribute to a fantastic cause. Magi Kids is an organization dedicated to getting Magic cards to schools around the country and teaching kids this fantastic game.

Thanks to you, we hit our pledge goal and will be donating $10,000 to their campaign!! Working closely alongside CardKingdom we've got some extra fun announcements coming soon this month! Stay tuned, because your efforts are directly helping bring this game to support schools, teachers, mentors, and students.

@mtgtomescourer

That's fantastic! They're based out of my hometown Rochester, MN and have donated cards to the youth residential treatment facility I teach at. Great cause and such an amazing donation!

@kargnak

Now one more timmy can have that pro tier CEDH deck of their dreams! Actually, you might have to donate a few more grand or he'll have to make some cuts for budgetary concerns.

I just started watching the command zone a few months ago and have only used the cardkingdom/commandzone affiliate link to purchase my cards! Also want to shout out to you guys and thank you for getting me back into magic! Use to play a lot in high school with a few friends. And this past few months I got into commander all because of your great content! So thank you commandzone!

I was wondering about this! I saw the announcements from MagiKids but couldn't figure out how the contributions were happening. I send them all my extra cards. It's a great cause.

Don't get me wrong, I love this game, but I don't see why Magi Kids is great for kids... it seems REALLY great for Hasbro. Sure, it might give kids access to a game they might not financially have access to otherwise, but EVERY person that comes to enjoy magic just ends up spending money on the game. This seems less like a charity and more like product placement in an institution that's mandatory to attend.
