Would you watch raw gameplay footage on this channel?

I usually focus on the educational side of things, so I've never really considered uploading full sets. But it could be nice to show some fun matches with my pals here once in a while too. (Also, selfishly, these videos would take almost no time to edit so it'd give me something to upload even when I'm overloaded with work.)

For some of us who are in lower ranks, we can learn from watching by itself: no commentary needed. You can never get enough good examples of neutral conversions, solid pressure, optimized combos, etc As long as the educational videos come back after your college semester winds down, I'm good with gameplay.

Your uploads are a blessing enough, I don't really care what game it is or whether it is edited/not edited, the channel itself is already good and has content. Plus raw footage could help with youtube viewers exposure to your twitch channel

@uhhjustin

Match analysis please, especially explaining thought processes throughout the match. This is the most helpful kind of teaching IMO

Yeah man, part of the coolness is watching the professor fight people himself. I don’t know why more people don’t make use of their full sets, it’s easy content

I'd watch that knowing I can still learn from it!!!!

Been watching you for a while and this is my first YouTube comment 😂. But dude we support YOU! Whatever you put on here, we will check out and support. I appreciate your analysis and the work you put in your videos. If you want to take a break and just stream games go for it! Still gonna watch! I play DBFZ on Xbox One and Switch 👍

Random select was fun to watch. I would watch anything even more with your main team.

Your analysis may be long winded for some, but I like it. It is deep, so there are very few unanswered questions. For a twist, let Subscribers pick 1 of your characters to put the rest that ALL team builds can work, just of course some are better than others.

I think with the way you seem to approach fighting games, we would absorb tech even through ranked matches! Practical applications and all that!

Watching you play can be amazing for your channel growth!!

If it's not the majority of the content. I dislike YouTubers that make so little effort in their content that all they do is record gameplay and edit a voice over with little editing on a 3 minute video. Argin does that a lot but he has some educational content too. My boy Toby Maguire has fantastic analysis that's unbiased and incredibly fair. I understand it's a lot more effort so if it makes you happy to show some general match footage and some easier content during your busy education period then sure man go for it. Just know this channel is known (and should be bigger) for its educational content. There is soo much in the videos that you learn more than the intended tech.

If you play Nappa in those matches that would be awesome. But I'll watch your fights either way honestly.

I wouldn’t mind seeing raw gameplay footage and it doesn’t really need teachable moments per say. Maybe more along the lines of some commentary where you explain what your gonna do before you do it, no need for editing cause you can do it live. An example would be on a hard knock down, explain what option you want to go for e.g over head, low, Grab, or whatever. Or maybe show off some cool routes in combos. Obviously, these are just suggestions and even if you don’t do it I’ll still probably watch the vids anyway as they are always informative and fun to watch.

@walrider

Yeah I like that. If you put some nice music over it that would be even better.

Dotodoya and lotus do ranked sets. You dont have to do ranked. But it would be great to see some Rath sets! I wanna see you kick some ass 😎

I think it’s a good idea, it’s a change in content and it’ll keep you from getting gassed out so two in one. There’s only soo much you can teach anyways so might as well have the viewers learn by example

I'd prefer a fourth option between YES and ONLY WITH TEACHABLE MOMENTS.   I know you're busy and your time is limited, so we're happy to support you in anyway you like. That said, raw footage would just be no different than what anyone else does. So what I'd prefer is if you had a single-take commentary on top. Doesn't have to be teachable, you don't have to write a script or edit or plan. If the video is 10 min, then 10 min commentary. Even better if you can manage it while actually playing the matches (so you don't have to waste more time). It's your perspective that I'm most interested in :)
