I know this lady doesn't have a head. But I still think it's a Flood Body. I base this on the way the arms and legs are. On top of the way the clothing looks caught in a water flow. The person may have even been floating when frozen, then sinking to the ground once solid. Just like Enoch describes in his animal dream vision. Waiting to be discovered after the Flood.
I find it interesting that they are always missing the head or their hands. Almost like it had been removed intentionally because of the inhuman serpent appearance some of them had.
