76ers if he wants to stay in the east, go to Philly. You have a nucleus of Simmons, Embiid, and Fultz, who are all under 25. If he signs there he finishes the process and will stay contending for a championship for the rest of his career.

He's probably going to re-sign with Cavs so he doesn't have to uproot his family and leave. Then if they don't get him the pieces he needs he can blame management. But if he gets just enough it will be an interesting 10th finals.
