Your picture is so full of joy :) I'm LOVING your lockdown programme - brutal and challenging but just what I needed to stay fit and motivated. My favourite/hardest is the legs one, the single leg squats were epic, so sore the next day but in a good way. Also love how it wasn't just the moves but you built in the warm up, breaks and cool down so you can literally follow along - really appreciate all the time and care you put into your videos - Thanksamillion Shelley!

I now done all 4 workouts! Wow so Good and i feel i Can get results with theese! Legs was The hardest for me! Both lower body are my favorites since I really need to strengthen my lower body. I have a hard time building muscle in my legs and glutes, but gonna work on it! Thank you 🙏 for your hard work

Would you believe I do almost 3 of your videos morning and Evening, and honestly Im losing those inches already!!! I love love how you're so honest and carefully explain everything in detail, ps I ask questions a lot. I feel blessed to have found you!! 😫❤️💞... God sent! Surprisingly keeping up. I’m on week 2. But I’m taking 2 days rest right now instead of one because I’m still really sore but I feel stronger already. 💪

I like nr 1 and 3. The legs nr 2, are so hard, I need 2 days to get lost of some soreness (does that word exist?). Really love your way of doing. Just you being you. I still work out with the curtains closed🤫🤭🥵 Modi is really getting big, but still puppy-size🥰 Also love your surroundings, here's all concrete and some green grass and a tree. Wish I could go out and walk in a better place, but they closed it all. Making the best of it and work out with you. Draw and wrote out the yoga-session on insta and doing that in between work outs. Love you and keep up the good work❣ P.s. when is Adam starting out for man. Maybe I can get my husband doing something about his weigh

It would be great if you could do a video on your fave gym wear for us shorties. I'm 5'1 and all leggings I buy bunch at the ankle and some I have to roll up!
