Structure Your Strength

Over 2 years ago I was asked to start up a YouTube channel on CrossFitâ„¢, Strength Training, and all things fitness.

It was a risk, an unknown, and a venture I knew nothing about...but WE DID IT.

I'm extremely grateful for each of you who watch and support our channel. If it wasn't for your encouragement and engagement we wouldn't be over 7,000 strong. Thank you all.

Here's a question I have for you...what Content would you like to see from us? More weight lifting, gymnastic skills, mobility assistance, coaching tips?

You guys rock! I love your clips. They are not long winded, they are extremely helpful and the coaching tips are so on point they hit the mark for me every time. So firstly just to say "well done and thank you so much!" What would I like to see more of? Well you shouldn't fix what ain't broke, they say, so I can honestly say that I enjoy your content as it is! Which is why you are the channel I go to first when I am looking for content. Some info on functional nutrition to go with the functional fitness, perhaps? All strength to you. Keep it up and keep it simple! Blessings Martin
