So uh just curious. Why does youtube have so many age restrictions when they aren’t legally responsible for anything about age. TOS specified that you have to be 13+ meaning you wouldn’t even face to choose whether or not you’re broadcasting to a younger audience

In YouTube studio, even when uploading, you can get rid of restrictions, if it continues like that in YouTube studio you can edit the video to enable comments, idk if u know this but hope this helps, 🥲

I don't understand why the mini player isn't allowed for videos for kids. And I don't understand why it isn't allowed for lots of videos that aren't even targeted at children.

When you're about to post a video and it gives you an option to press if the video is made for adults or kids, don't press either, it should keep the comments on.
