Super late but, keep it up dude! Anxiety is a bitch, so is nice to see you telling us about it and asking for feed back (although most of us probably don't speak Japanese, so we can't help). Best wishes and good luck with the language, thanks for the translations <3

Tl;dr Copy Lyger and Aburage115's intro credit style if you want to If you want to make sure you get credit, or at least recognized as your translation, you could have a bit of text in a corner at the beginning of the video that has credits for both your translation and the original stream like the ones used by Lyger and Aburage115. This is also a little safeguard so that there is less of a chance for that Matsuri incident to happen again.

Yo, Ren here. I just wanted to say a few things:
1. New upload soon (hopefully! If I dont procrastinate). It's short, but I had a laugh. I hope you guys do too
2. After backreading something on discord, I felt like I should say that if ever I do ever make some whoopsie in translations, please tell me, aight? While I do take some pride in my work, I'm also at max anxiety since I'm still studying the language... So I do not want to be known as someone with bad uploads...
(I rarely ask for reviewing my stuff before upload because of anxiety things, I'm sorry) (Anxiety is a difficult boss you feel me?)
3. It's kinda sad to see my upload being reuploaded somewhere. I know I can't complain much but a credit would be nice; I edited it afterall. I won't call out though, you do you :D
4. Today's Haachama stream is basically brainwashing us with "Haachama-chama~"
