There was a time I just let it playing on the computer all day, I've probably watched it more than 50 times.

Watched it almost every day from age 8 to 13 or so. I remember pretending to be the twins from the second movie. It was difficult explaining to my Mom why i had a white towel draped over my head whilst wearing aviators and waving a broom around like a UMP-45

I can't count how many times. I remember I wasnt old enough to go see it in theaters. My mom rented it for me and it blew me away. I watched it every couple of months growing up.

Im not lying. I probably watched in the hundreds. Im in my 30's now, and i was about 9 when i first saw it. Then i watched the movie for years, almost every month. Sometimes every week. Later on every year. So in 20 years probably 300-500 times? Who knows, maybe i watched 1000 times. Funny thing, still is one of the only movies i never get tired of watching. I don't know how that is even possible. And the metro fight, one of the best fights ever, along side Troy Achilles/Hector.

Was talking about this earlier after the tease, I'm very excited to see how they explain there even being a sequel.

My VHS player literally had to EAT it because i forced it into it so many times that it almost called the police for domestic violence. I watched the movie twice in the cinema because i accidently went back the week after premiere thinking that a new movie is rolling, and the premiere of the Matrix was 2 week long... well it is not like a have regrets :D

@jakejuracka

I've definitely seen that movie more than any other movie, easily 25 times all the way through! Only saw each sequel once each though. I'll probably give them each another watch before the new one though, but I'll definitely watch the first one many more times than that!

There is no movie “The Matrix” is something we all made up as one collective consciousness. We accept it as real because we’re all wired into the same machine

I saw it in the theater 5 times and have watched it, probably 30 times since, maybe more. I've watched the new trailer between 10 and 15 times.

I worked at a local townie movie theatre when 3 came out. We had to move the reels from one projector to another and my boss dropped the pan and the reels went everywhere. We had to cancel the next 2 showings so we could put it back together. So I've seen 3 way more than needed 🤣

I joined the army in 1999. The Matrix played on a constant loop at the Enlisted Club/Subway at Fort Benning.

I haven't watched any of them yet, but they are on my watchlist! I've heard good things about them from my cousin and Uncle.

Got all three movies in my iTunes library, sometimes I'll waste a day and binge watch the trilogy.

As a former theatre manager and protectionist I can say it is so many times, just at work, that I can still see the spots for the reel splices. And number seems incorrect. Add that I loved it and still watch it.... well you know.
