It’s not often you see people especially men talk about their mental health. I personally suffer with anxiety and depression and really think people should try and be more open about it as it does help people to know they aren’t alone.

I was a competitive gymnast until an injury and the expense put me out of it. I didnt have the maturity at the time to endure. I spent the next ten yrs strung out on drugs. Being so powerful as a gymnast contrasts the powerlessness when you lose it and its crushing. Keep fighting man, you got so much more on your side the wrest of is would kill for, you'll be alright. By the time your mid thirties hits you'll look back at all this with such different eyes. Thanks for your channel, you are correct you never lose that mobility and mental maps of your body, it's been 15 yrs for me and you have gotten in my head friend, I have my right split back and cartwheel, still working on my left and hand walking...hand stand on the wall 60 sec...increases every week❤❤❤
