We are almost there! I would guess that we will be going LIVE on Facebook at about 6:30PM ET!

I hope you will pop on over to my Facebook business page (The Salted Pepper) and join us while we celebrate!

We could have never done any of this without your support! I already feel the tears welling up in my eyes! Thank you all so much for such an incredible year!

Thank you so very much. I'll look forward to seeing the video. I unfortunately don't do Facebook. I know the positivity far outweighs the bad, but just seeing how awful some can be I have chosen to stay clear.

Congratulations!!! I just want to say. I just got my foodi and I was trying to follow the books I got and have decided to return it. After watching you cook a few things I am now going to keep it. Your awesome and do an amazing job on your videos. I made the beef stew and it came out perfect. Almost as good as my mom's stew. Thank you and keep up the good work. Subscribe!!!

I’m new to The Salted Pepper, and am looking forward to putting these recipes to good use! One question, though: does the recipe (and ingredient list) exist in printed form? I’d much rather shop from something already in text form than transcribe from a long video! Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks.

I do want to add, this evening I made awesome fish sticks with frozen halibut. I defrosted the halibut cut each into 4 chunks. Let them dry on rack for about an hour. I made my own bread crumbs stirred in a out a cup of grated parm., garlic powder, oregano and seasonal. Then in another bowl 2 eggs, milk, cornstarch and flour until pancake consistency. Then in another flour, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Dredged. Preheated fryer to 400. Sprayed pan then onto. Fried at 400 for 4 minutes. On the larger chunks I went 5 to 6. I wish I could send a picture I took one in disbelief. Lol. awesom meal.

Hiya I was watching you cheesy meatloaf demo and loved the measuring cup you had and I'm gutted as in the UK it would cost me £37.72!!! I love it but I'm not paying that, do you know where I could buy it cheaper please. Thanks
