If you add bookmarks to your recorded live sessions then yes to the first option. The problem with live stream recorded sessions is that they have lot of unnecessary footage sometimes due to the nature of the medium. And then you have to scrub a lot and find what's of value so maybe that's why more people have so far voted for quality content.

2 for sure. Also, youtube algorithm is again giving more attention to short videos and shadowing long videos. Even the subscribers notification works better with shorts. It's a shame but its how it is now
