I am in the process of doing the thru the basement wall insulated chimney installation using 30 deg offset chimey pipe kit. I have everything pretty much done on the outside. My question is how to connect the piping on the inside to the wood furnace? It would be nice to see some pics of your setup. I have purchased a Shelter Wood Add on Furnace and I am confused between Shelter, Selkirk chimney and YouTube on what components I need on the inside of basement. I am coming down to furnace at 60 deg after adding the second 30 deg. Chimney pipe pointing down. Outlet pipe of furnace is horizontal and I planned on rotating a 90 or a 45 deg pipe installed at furnace outlet at 30 deg to match up with pipe coming in from outside. Do I need a Damper? Do I need a Clean out Tee? Do I need to support the piping a certain way on these odd angles? Any help or pics would be appreciated. Thanks.
