I'm at least twice your age, so my advice might not resonate with you, but I've watched enough of your videos to feel that things like honesty, fairness, positive impact, and hard work are important to you, so here's what I'd do if I were you: 1. look for a job at a company that actually inspires you, a company that is truly trying to help the world somehow (it can be a company as big as Tesla, or as small as the many no-name mom and pop shops that focus on small communities), or 2. work on your own to create a solution to a problem worth solving.
