Hey doc, just started watching your channel from way over the pond. Just wanted to shout out to you for keeping patients toeing the line. I watch a few similar channels and although practitioners are very sympathetic and helpful to their patients which is great, I feel that the patients should be made sternly enough aware of their responsibility at home for their foot care. It takes two in this relationship. Keep on doing great work. 👍

Hello, I’m a healthy 37 Y/O male and I’ve been in the military 18 years. I have low/flat arches. My calluses have gotten pretty bad this past year. The calluses on the balls of my feet have cracked down to the meat. They crack, peel back some, then I clip the loose skin and repeat. It is very painful. What is the best way to treat my feet?
