I know I’ll probably get some crap for this, and it’s also just in my personal experience, but I’d probably say the Euro crowd has the best. I’m a muscle car guy, but I swear, meets are just dick measuring contests. Same goes for the diesel guys that show up. Any time there’s a local jdm meetup they all drive like morons and try to make as much noise as possible. The euro shows/groups seem so chill. Everyone seems to have something good to say about another persons build and no one is focused on sound systems or comparing dyno sheets. They’re there to relax and have a good time.

I don’t like any car communities. I’ve been in jdm, American muscle, and euro. They all have their share of douchebags who think it’s the best. The truth is, pick a car you like and find a group that has a mix of cars. Maticworks was founded on that and we all had cool different types of builds. I don’t respect all builds but I will respect anything built cleanly and with effort. I also hate people who build cars for internet approval and clout.
