Sorry not on topic. But, I just got iris 2. Using it with Reaper. I'm loving it so far as a plug-in it's amazing. But, I don't understand how to get the sound to stay on a track as "recorded audio". I can play it and hear the samples I lay down on a track. But, recording the audio is puzzling me. It's as if, it's only telling the plug-in when to start and stop the sample at the moment? I haven't found anything on it, explaining how in the world to get the audio to stay on a track. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Composing Gloves
Sorry I've been gone for the past while. This semester has been nuts. Taking a class that focuses a lot on transistors and amplifiers (we are starting to get into feedback in systems), a systems and signals class (state-space analysis with lots of vectors and matrices and ODE's) a c++ data structures class (this one has been easy so far), an electromotive class (three phase power, DC generators etc...) and 2 labs, one for the electromotive class and one for the amplifier class. I knew the schedule would be hard along with work but man did I underestimate it. Considering doing a video on some of it because the amplifier class has been super insightful for audio stuff. For example, I am pretty sure saturation came from the saturation state of a BJT or right on its edge between saturation and active mode is what broke off as "saturation" in audio.
