👏🏻🙌🏼 I love that you’re actually taking the time to learn and get qualifications in new things.. a lot of Influencers would just give the advice without the actual knowledge or expertise... take the time off that you need. trying to juggle thinking of content, recording, editing, studying, exams, self care, family time and down time... that’s just too much for one person, something has to give for a little while.. just don’t let it be you or your mental health

Hi Jen, I never comment on YouTube. I have watched you for years. You got me through my first fitness journey and it's been non stop journey after journey since then. It's been over a decade. I really love you and all the effort you put into your videos over the years.
