How does the screen handle direct sunlight, perhaps something has been updated (hopefully)? As a slope pilot this is beyond critical.. Love your reviews and advice, thanks.

Hmmm I didn't really consider seriously looking at the T16 until I read that mate

Just a question, I have seen your reviews on the Jumper T16, same as Josh Bardwell. Both of you have given it spectacular reviews, bang for the buck wise, and I would like to get into it here soon. I have been using Spektrum DXe and a DSMX compatible Lemon Rx's at the moment, I did start out with the AR620 Rx's, 3 of them have failed back to back. Now even after replacing the DXe on warranty due to loss of communication issues with the AR620's and now the Lemons I am concerned that the Spektrum Tx is still the problem. Does the Spektrum product just have an inconsistent signal? I have heard you make jokes about it on your vids but never took it seriously but now I am at the end of my rope with losing planes before any of them gets a handful of flights in. Your opinion on the matter is much appreciated. Thank you

I'd like to see what the quality is like with the new radiomaster which is more than likely what your doing next. Jumper have there issues too many with the ribbon cables inside the radio not making good connection

I was seriously considering the Jumper T16 until I picked one up and the ergonomics are way off for me. I just couldn't get the radio comfortable in my hands, I am a pincher and it felt horrible so I'm still looking

Hi new viewer, found you while looking into a thought experiment regard whether a propeller in a barrel would produce more or less thrust. Just a quick on what difference vertical vs horizontal orientation would make on ducted and non ducted propellers? after sketching it, i guess it would work in either orientation, but with the horizontal position performance would depend on whether it's pushing against or with the wind. is that right?

Isn't the crossfire compatible with all radios..... answering the question about long range.

Does anybody know, if there is a compatible long range receiver available for the T16?

RCModelReviews
Just an update on the Jumper T16 and the MotiveRC R8SB receiver, both of which I reviewed recently. Today I flew 2.5Km with this combo and the RSSI levels were still around 50 on the Jumper. Pretty impressive! My Taranis QX7 and X-series receivers start getting sub-45 RSSI levels (and resulting warnings) at well under 2Km). The only negative I've noticed is that the MotiveRC receiver can show a little swamping at very close range (typically half a metre or less). I'm pretty happy with this combo right now.
Watch for another "T16-inspired" transmitter being reviewed on this channel shortly.
