There are various legends and stories about lost treasures in Alabama. One famous story involves the lost treasure of the pirate Jean Lafitte, who supposedly buried his loot along the Alabama coast. However, there is little concrete evidence to support these claims. Another story involves a Confederate gold treasure that is said to be hidden somewhere in Alabama. According to this legend, during the Civil War, a wagon train carrying gold from Richmond, Virginia, to Austin, Texas, was ambushed by Union forces. The gold was supposedly buried to prevent it from falling into enemy hands. The exact location remains a mystery, and many treasure hunters have searched for it over the years. While these stories are intriguing, it's crucial to approach them with skepticism, as the lack of concrete evidence makes it challenging to verify their authenticity. Additionally, treasure hunting on public or private land without permission is generally discouraged and may be illegal. Always respect property rights and obtain proper authorization before attempting any treasure hunting activities. If you're interested in the history of lost treasures, you may also enjoy researching the folklore and stories associated with these tales. Did you realize Alabama has its own Dash for unheard of wealth? During the 1830s, gold was found, and can in any case be tracked down all through the state today! Numerous regions have created great estimated gold pieces. There are bounty more ready to be found.

A good deal of the spears and harpoons show Eskimo in my opinion. The end (point) goes into the animal or fish or seal . the end comes off and is still connected to the spear. That makes a drag bar. It tangles up around something and stops the animal. It's like tying a branch to your trap... or a log. The harpoons were for use around water in my opinion. The rope that goes to the spear. You can kill large animals in water if you have the tech and gear for it.. Kill bear and elk like this? Wait for a crossing and hit with canoe or skin boats and harpoon like spears and rope to tow him to shore.. The Eskimo. Tech was the highest of all the early peoples. Check your Eskimo and your south American People. South America has the jaguar. It it Aztec ? that sun looks baalam and Aztec They show the Baphomet. That points me to the Egyptians or Phoenicians who were out west (And in Maine) (see the American stonehing.) points to phoenicia). According to certain tradition. During the ice age (my words) . The spiritual leaders made a trip mile by mile -- year after year to the north to push back on the encroaching cold.. The mystery here is southern people going north with such technology or having traded with the Eskimo. Were these points made each winter on their way north? In any case , each winter huddling around a fire was the time to make bone points. Look at Egypt, the Phoenicians, Aztec and definately look at Eskimo. (Somethin whispered Ute to me.)
