Good choice opening in germany... You will serve all the EU with fair courier costs. I live in Portugal, as far as you can be from germany inside the EU and i buy frequently from Modellbau-Koenig with fair courier costs. Will buy from your store certainly. Best luck for your business in europe

Andy no one in the UK is going to buy from Germany in any quantity. Indeed cross border purchasing across Europe (or rather within the EU, which is the market you'll mainly serve from a German location) can be very expensive due to internal parcel costs compared to national parcel post/courier costs.
