Magnesium is very important for the Heart, muscles, nerve and bone health and like Ashwagandha and L theanine it also helps fight stress and anxiety. All three also promotes better mood.❤️
La lang. Share ko lang. Kasi mahirap kalaban ang anxiety and depression lalo na in these times of uncertainty. Haven't had a severe panic attack since i started taking magnesium. I use Ashwagandha for better sleep and as an anti stress supplement while L theanine I use mainly for anxiety/panic attacks. I feel like myself again. Hope this helps. Labyu all.❤️
