Maybe you’ll be on judge Judy. Gotta laugh at the sue culture in the US. Over here in the UK they’d probably just put it in Facebook and it would get forgotten in a few days. Definitely counter sue 😂

That's a good question. As long I didn't have any expenses due to his lawsuit, I'd leave it alone. If I did, I'd get him for everything that I could!

The sue culture here has gotten outta hand. As petty as I am, I'd pass on counter suit. He'll reap what he sows.

If lawyers are involved the only for sure thing is that they will be making money. Plaintiff or defendant not so much. No vote from me. If I tangle with lawyers or insurance I inevitably lose.

Only if the money you can make documenting the events can pay for the whole fiasco.

nobody can just sue anyone anymore, those days ended years ago in the USA. Rember that

You can sue for liable, and actually make it so he cannot sue anyone for no reason going forward. I had to get a lawyer for someone that called CPS on us because they wanted our kids. So the law suit was set-up so they could no longer call the emergency number, or make false claims going forward. Any false claims would cause immediate jail time, and with each offense, longer jail time. Not sure, but if you don't have a lot of money in it, this might be worth considering. If you have to pay for fee's and a lawyer, I would counter sue for costs involved, plus make sure they can no longer make false claims

As much as filling a counter suit could be fun to document, just be the bigger man and laugh him off. Though, some of the comments do make sense with respect to a counter suit...

Maybe not sue him but can you press charges? Either way people need to be held accountable for their actions.

That's a scummy thing to do.... Sue him back and wether you publish it or not just do it. F people like that.

Does he have money? It's not worth trying to crush water out of a stone. If he's got money then perhaps you could claim for legal fees otherwise at the end of the day you will be out of pocket one way or another

If you had nothing to do with it like you said then sue him if you did have something to do then run like hell lol

Warped Lab
I got a call from an old friend, he found out I had a successful YouTube channel and then he sued me for something I had nothing to do with.
Who thinks I should counter sue him and make a video series about it?
