Exhibit One: The Preservation Request
A preservation request issued by a police department is worthless, and it has no legal enforceability. A preservation request or more appropriately... an "order" can only be issued by a sitting judge or magistrate in order to have any enforceability or legal weight at all.
Guess who knows this already but included a preservation request to CONVINCE you that they were interested in a correct, proper evidence collection process?
