Thank you so much for the shout out, and it's a privilege to both have your voice and the near-immortal words of Seneca smattered throughout the album. I am grateful for your gift. <3

I was okay with getting 23 teeth pulled in surgery to make room for my full dentures all the way up until last night when I read the surgery confirmation email to screenshot the phone number and address to send to my sister so she could pick me up after anesthesia. Upon doing so I read the requisites of pre opperation and realized that I had failed to meet the requirements and it was after hours so I ended up becoming anxious and had a terrible sleep. I woke up at 450am and instantly felt terrible. So I put on your video of Markus Aurilius the meditations summarized at 0.75 speed because normal speed was too fast for me to comprehend. I listened too it like 3 times and it helped big time and ended up falling asleep and getting a better rest. I had contacted reception at the doctors and declared my negligence in pure honesty and they said that everything is fine so Iām feeling tranquil about the situation once again Thanks for the extra hour of sleep.

Vox Stoica
Shoutout to STOLACE for his excellent reimagining of Pink Floyd's 1973 album "Dark Side of the Moon". Combining it with clips from The Shortness of Life and in his own words examining "topics of mortality - the relative value of time, the shortness of life, the inevitability of death, and what to do with the time that we are given". Stellar job š
