I got bad news. My laptop needs to be repaired. This is the 3rd laptop in 4 yrs. Editing has become quite the expensive hobby for me.
I had to replace my last laptop after not even 1 year and could not return it as warranty case because I had changed the screen that my friend´s dog broke.
Anyways, I will not publish anything for now or in the future because after rendering yesterday I got a bloody red screen. It has to do with my laptop battery malfunctioning. My previous laptops lasted for yrs. Even the batteries did. Only after starting editing my laptop batteries got problems.
I really hope I can replace my current laptop as a warranty case, otherwise it will be very costly. :/ HP is not particularly customer friendly, asking for 40€ just for a call and them giving out info how much a repair costs if the computer´s HP guarantee has expired. I will never(!) buy HP again.
In case that I get the signal that I can change my laptop or at least get it repaired under warranty, I will render some videos and upload them before sending in my laptop.
I want to end this post thanking everyone in the editing community and all my subscribers that enjoyed my videos. It means a lot to me that you welcomed me with open arms and that I could get to know you, more or less.
