I think he is decent but struggles so much against short characters and his worst matchup may actually be pikachu, i can't recommend anyone to main him. I think he would make a great backup or secondary character but i can't see myself maining a character that struggles in a meta where their is tons of short character that could obliderate him. His air mobility is great but he can still get juggled by small characters. I thought he would be a great character but turns out he is borderline a decent high tier. I personally would recommend people to main cloud instead of sephiroth since his moves are very laggy and he struggles up close with his only upclose option being nair. And characters with great mobility in the air could still juggle this man like theirs no tommorow. While cloud isn't really a perfect sword character its far easier using cloud and mastering him then doing so with sephiroth.
