Hey guys just giving you a heads up I'll be releasing an updated version of the Sunrise HRV breathing video tomorrow, so don't get too excited when you see a notification or whatever, although I think it's a pretty awesome improvement to the video and worth checking out if you enjoy HRV breathing/meditation and the altered states they produce. The next informational video is in the works but is being heavily delayed due to more urgent matters, it's currently 1/3rd completed and I'm pretty excited about it because it might help a lot of people.
