If you want to access the dark mode feature for the mobile page of YouTube on iOS, the steps are very simple. For people using Safari/Opera/Firefox/Chrome... you can do this by selecting "request desktop site" and then enabling dark mode. Then switch back to the mobile layout and you'll have the dark theme. Just some useless information and I'm sure that there's easier ways to do this.

This also goes to watching videos in max quality on devices that don't support resolution above 1080p60. Select the higher quality via desktop site then switch the site back to the mobile layout. It should work as well.
