Hello Everyone! I hope this message finds you well, despite the situation we are all facing regarding the COVID-19.
Miriam took the image you see in the city centre of Florence a couple of weeks ago, and it breaks my heart to see such a beautiful place absolutely deserted thanks to an invisible enemy. Nowadays the situation is even worse, and it is rare to cross another human being around.
Miriam and I are currently in Italy in this incredible situation, which is critical to say the least. We are forced to stay home and cannot even take a short walk, or go anywhere without a self-certification stating the exact reasons why we left our apartment - as all Italians must do - otherwise you get legally prosecuted.
People are starting to literally lose their mind due to the lockdown, and sometimes you can see them verbally attacking each other on the street if they believe that someone else is found outside without what they consider to be a "good reason".
If you live in a country where these restrictive measures haven't been integrated yet, be prepared because that time likely come and not only it won't be easy on many of you, but it will literally be down to you how fast your country gets out of this situation. If I can give you a recommendation from what I can see happening in Italy, make sure to do your VERY best from the beginning, because it takes nothing to get where Italy currently is, and trust me, this is not easy living and the situation won't get any better for weeks, if not months.
We are trying to enjoy our time by doing what we love the most... which is cooking, working out and eating :)
