My husband isn’t Catholic, but both of us always look forward to listening to you every Sunday and word on fire. I even heard my former priest quote you at his Sunday service. May God keep you and those who make it possible for us to hear your messages. Thank you Bishop. Be safe

And God bless you, Bishop Barron, and America. I went to see you with my 24 year old daughter a couple of years ago when you came to Liverpool, having myself already picked you up online. I enjoy your Word on Fire talks immensely and, even though I consider myself reasonably erudite, I have learnt a great deal from your verbal capsules.g. The YouTube Heresies, Ideas Have Consequences , All Along the Watchtower. I thought of you when I saw Notre Dame burn down. Your beloved Rose Window was, mercifully, saved. Let us hope its rebuilding will see a renewal of the Church in France and across the globe. Your service to the Church is much appreciated. Thank you.

The word "phony" comes from the early days of the telephone, when for the first time in human history, a person could set about to deceive others, day and night, without apparent consequences. With the Internet, history is repeating itself. Thanx for the heads-up, Bishop Barron. I will continue to pray for the success of your ministry. I am grateful to you for your example to us---of The New Evangelization, of thoughtful engagement, and of respectful and responsible dialogue.

These people can’t beat you on your faithfulness, ministry, and intellect, so they try to discredit you with fraudulent methods.

Wow, guess I shouldn't be surprised at what people will do. I'm no saint, but really. I've come to enjoy listening to Bishop and his insightfu, concise ways, that even I can relate to. I liked Fulton Sheen too, and Bishop Barron's words will also live on. He is that breath of fresh air.

mimicking has been a survival method for milenia. some passages in the quaran are from books some fakes used to proclaim them selfs as apostles. It does help the community tough, i think, forces the rest to ask "what is truth, and what is fake".

Bishop Robert Barron
Friends, many of you have alerted me to fake Bishop Barron accounts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other social media. It's very alarming and disheartening, especially when some of these fake accounts have been soliciting money from unsuspecting friends.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
1) Always look for the blue or gray check mark next to my name. Just tap the name and look for the check mark. That's the best way to ensure you're dealing with my legitimate account, and not an imposter. My accounts are verified across all social media platforms so they each have the check mark.
2) I never send friend requests, follow people online, or exchange private messages on social media. This is another tip-off you're dealing with a fake account. If you encounter any of these activities, the account is certainly fraudulent.
3) I will never privately ask you for money. If someone sends you a private message, asking for a donation, it's undoubtedly a fake account.
One final request: whenever you come across these fake accounts, please report them immediately to the social media service. It's the best and quickest way to remove them, and it will make sure they don't take advantage of anyone else.
Please keep praying for me, and God bless you!
