Im a survivor of domestic abuse.. my 2 precious sons and I.. of their mentally ill father, and well, I have repeatedly listened to Never Enough over and over again, as if living out its title ☺️ and boy do I find healing powers in your beaUtiful voice.. a Better Man is also so touching. I had never seen you on YouTube or American Idol until around two months ago and the first thing I thought was , this girl's Got Talent. That is exact same thing I thought when I saw Christina Grimmie for the first time. She's there with your beautiful sister smiling down on you and cheering you on from heaven. If this is your passion never give up on it ,stay true to it. If I had a daughter I would hope she would be just like you. I hope the songs that you pick in this journey you have true conviction coming from your ❤ . My brother is up there with your sis in heaven as well and I know he'll be cheering for you for .

Genavieve I work with the sister of 1 of your friends in Michigan and she explained to me about what happened to your sister and about the Honor Walk at the hospital. Anxiety overcame me a little when I even thought about watching her Honor Walk because of how emotional I knew I would become. I watched it today and it really changed my outlook on my relationship with Christ. I need to turn things around for myself and put him 1st or I am going to go down a road of destruction eventually. Your sister may be gone from this earth, but she is still touching body's here. I just wanted to say thank you and ask that you and your family say a prayer for me to become closer to Christ. Genevieve, I just saw you didn't make the Top 20. More often than not, Idol gets it wrong and they did on this case. You were absolutely beautiful, you sang lovely, and you handled yourself with grace and dignity. You should be very proud of how far you've come and I can't wait to see where you go from here!
