For those of you over 50, like myself, what is the biggest health challenge you currently face?

@FrontRowwithEd

I often struggle to find the time to exercise the way in which I probably should.

Main issue: Frequent reinjury. Might seem like simple overdoing, age 66, but I’ve had 4 TBIs and that is a big challenge to not overdoing to the point of injury and reinjury. And my PT is excellent. Finally getting help with this issue from her insight.

Being told by physicians that at my age and because of 'sarcopenia' I will be unable to put on any muscle mass and therefore have to live with the gradual decline in old age (I'm in my sixties). That alone shakes confidence and can reduce motivation, being bloody minded in this instance helps but I still need people on my side for encouragement and knowledge, so it's been good to find you , please keep helping 👍

Seems as though Motivation is leading our poll.....Now, how do we solve that problem? Any thing working well for people?

Hi Ed thankyou for your very informative videos. I live in France and when you say" talk to your physician " about a numerous issues you mention, this is not so easy. How many physicians actually have enough knowledge? My Rhumatologist told me to walk half an hour a day. That's it. My Orthopaedic surgeon said cycle swim and be active. I am active. I can walk up to 6kms I have joined various activity groups . No one has talked about diet. You mentioned 5 micronutrients but how do I found out exactly what foods these are in? It really is a complex issue, it feels like it to me. I am 73 and 60 kilos.
