I guess it's a mix of saturation on videos for people who are already vegan, and that newer people that are serious with the lifestyle change will go to dieticians or other licensed professionals for their first steps. I've had several friends start being vegan from social media, only to stop in a few weeks after suffering from bad hair loss and headaches (from protein or vitamin deficiencies). tl:dr social media is great for spreading awareness for the cause but not as a dietary guide

Man, some weird analytics are being reported ever since I changed the subject of my YT channel! Apparently my viewers are 100% male and no one outside the ages of 18-34 are watching? Any ladies out there care to disprove this report?
