Make the second option first, then another creepy things in gta and rdr 2. That's going to be recommended as we waiting for Trevor, Michael and Franklin travelling to 1992 through time machine to meet our homies, kills tenpenny with no problem by Trevor with RPG. Also if you can travel them to late 1980s when Vic was, then it would be better to travel and explore GTA timeline well enough

Acctually travelling to 1992 is pretty cool. I think if the video is really made the intro must me trevor making a time machine or maybe lester hacked the time lol
