I am forced to use Youtube's new uploader since today, because they removed the option to use the old one. I don't know why they made the new uploader slower, laggy and with more steps. It took me double my normal upload time of my 100 videos per day, as it wasn't already painful enough. I failed to imagine at least one reason to justify the new uploader when it comes to usability, which is the only thing it should have been designed to.
