I'm 21. I can understand *why* the law is being put into use but it's a bit redundant when people can easily mark inappropriate videos as safe for kids and blame it on fluke.

Hello everyone!
So, as many of you probably know, now youtube will introduce a new law that basically requires you to specify if your content is "for kids" or "not for kids". Since the requirements for "kids content" are mostly vague and unclear, from now on I will mark all my videos as "not suitable for kids". I still don't know if this law will affect only monetized videos or not, but I am not going to risk being fined. I personally think this new law is utter bullshit and I already signed the petition to get it removed or at least changed. Our of curiosity, I would like to know if you are +13 or not (:
