Living The Van Life

What’s up guys! This is Chad from Living The Van Life up here in Washington - just wanted to reach out to you guys and let you know I AM still on this planet. I have certainly NOT forgotten about you guys. I will be doing more video content coming up as soon as possible. I have been dialed in and majorly focused on the post-production of our documentary film project we have been working on the last couple years — lots and lots of hours in the edit studio. I’m still living the van life every single day and night. I’m up to 220 consecutive nights in the van so far. MORE VIDEOS COMING SOON. Peace out and keep on truckin’!

@bugmanfrank

Ahh, Chad. I have been in the VW parts and service business since 1983. I have been driving Vanagon's for the last 15+ years. Your YouTube videos provide entertainment, education and the dream factor. I will probably never do what you do, but I am entertained. Thank you.

@Pedro-sm1db

I just discovered your videos this week and been binge watching with my wife. We think they are spectacular ! I’ve made two VW campers cross country trips in my life. 1st in a 36 HP. 1961 in 1974, from Jacksonville Beach west thru the SW, Mexico Calif to SF and Back East all the way to NH then back to Fla. 4 months Then in 1984 in a ‘81 VW pop top 7 weeks from JAX Bch to Texas Az, back East. We camped like you about anywhere. I found your You Tube because we are planning another trip. Trying to decide on a Vanagon or a Eurovan. I like yours. PS on our second trip we brought a (authentic) Wok proved to be quite useful any meal. You can drop it and cook right on the coals of your fire. Keep up the great work. Perhaps we’ll cross paths

Just find your channel a week ago or so. And watch some of your adventures. You explain a lot of things about your live living in the van. But what I didnt see yet how do you do your hygiene stuff..? Toilet and washing I mean. I do live in a old camper also. I do have a shower and toilet on board. Which is for me an essential element I discovered. A lot of cool videos from guys like you dont have those things on board and i always wonder how they managed
