The first time playing in front of a live crowd again takes me back to when I first started DJing -- but this time it was different -- now I see a future where diversity in dance music is the norm and this is just the beginning. I could feel the openness of the people dancing, the hunger for my BIPOC-focused dance set from around the world, and it makes me so grateful to be alive to see it. At my shows it’s a chance to re-define and reignite the culture of freedom and unity -- that euphoria of something meaningful but completely joyful 💐💓 Aluna
