How can someone do an absolutely perfect job with an unpredictable virus (and worst including a variant)? Then deal with idiots who do not follow the rules of the lockdown. These are unprecedented times. My opinion Doug Ford didn’t even need to apologize. I think he’s doing the best he can.

If there is one politician who could impose a strict regimen, it would be Ford. Ford had the respect of the people of Ontario, whether they voted for him or not. But he squandered his opportunities away. He should have imposed stricter rules from the onset. But he was clueless, and he was surrounded by people who are even more clueless. Remember last spring? He was telling people to go travel and enjoy the spring break. At the same time the Chinese community were rounding up all the masks from Niagara all the way to North Bay.
