Praise the Lord, thank you for sharing the sermon there is something I would like to share with you, we need to pray for there to be more pastors, and teachers like Paul washer who preach the true gospel of christ and who are disciples of christ, and not those who abide in another Jesus and another gospel We have already been warned of another Jesus who is not the true wine pls read John 15 , We have already been warned of another spirit which is not the true holy spirit and another gospel which is not the true gospel of christ, For Jesus himself said that those who love me will obey my commandments and those who do not love me will not obey me . jesus said he will give the Holy Spirit as another helper only to those who love him and obey him. Jesus said to repent (turn away from your sins ) and believe the gospel I.e we are saved by grace, christ died and faced separation from God so that we can have the privilege of having a relationship with God , he became a curse for us on the cross so that we may be free from the curse of our sin, christ instructed us to make disciples not people who go to church on Sundays , if we are to be his disciples Jesus himself said you are to count the cost, our love for Jesus must be greater than love for your own life, spouse children and parents. We must deny your self (subdue your carnal nature also know as flesh ) and carry your cross daily(ie do Gods will), 1 John 2:28 Now, little children, abide in Him, so that when He appears, we may have confidence and not shrink away from Him in shame at His coming 2 John 1:9 Anyone who goes too far and does not abide in the teaching of Christ does not have God; the one who abides in the teaching, he has both the Father and the Son. 1 John 2:24 As for you, let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you also will abide in the Son and in the Father. And christ himself said he will reject those who do not abide in him, so it's our responsibility to warn others, especially our Christian brothers and sisters John 15:6 Anyone who does not remain in me is thrown away like a useless branch and withers. Such branches are gathered into a pile to be burned. Matthew 7: 22-23 On judgment day many will say to me, ‘Lord! Lord! We prophesied in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name.’But I will reply, ‘I never knew you. Get away from me, you who break God’s laws.’
