I'm surprised at the people here saying you've abandoned your principles. ~All the ingredients in the list have been in your dessert recipes for years. Anyone who's read your blog, watched your videos, purchased your cookbook or watched your IG stories should know that you make and eat foods like this. It's a snack bar, so it's obviously not going to be as nutritious as most keto meals, but the ingredient list (for what it is - a yummy bar) is about as good as it gets. Treats like these are a sometimes snack. They're not supposed to be the basis of your diet. Calm down, everybody.

Wow some people on here. The ignorance is astounding. They themselves buy products labeled KETO all the time. The problem is with products that clearly aren’t completely keto or have horrible ingredients and are labeled KETO. I wonder how much of this negativity is due in part because some people are butt hurt when they see people succeeding. Then there is the “too pricy for me “ crowd. It’s only $2.50 a bar! I usually pay $3-4 dollars for one. The ingredients list is great. If it’s not for you it’s just not for you. Go build your own Keto empire how ever you see fit. Matt and Megha congratulations on your baby and for having the drive and perseverance to do what many of us can only dream of. Let’s bring people up instead of putting them down 🙂

Yum! Ive been hooked on Quest Birthday Cake bars so this looks like a happy diversion! My local stores do not sell KetoBars but the price is right in line with most sale priced bars that I settle for. The trick will be not eating all 10 of them at once😆

Y’all spend $60 bucks on doing your nails- and other stupid stuff-which does nothing for your health, but so much for your vanity. Quit complaining; if you don’t like them, don’t buy them. It takes a lot of hard work to produce a product and that deserves respect!

I don't have time to cook, plan, and btw, I'm not much a keto baker. I do have cravings though and it's great to have something I can take to go. If you like cooking measuring, and have time for all that, great. I need grab and go choices. Thanks!

I’m more shocked at the people who tried to be insulting by using *to pricey* instead of too pricey. Im sure Keto Connect is more insulted by your incorrect use of fourth grade site words. Or maybe by some people’s inability to perform basic math. $24.50/10 in a box is $2.50 per bar, that’s fairly standard and if you have actually watched some of their videos and shop where they like to shop, ie Whole Foods, $2.50 is a sale price. If you don’t like the price move on. They make money off of your views, yet somehow them selling a product is out of the question??? I’m sure if you had the opportunity you’d be selling your product on YouTube as well. Good luck Keto Connect!
